Clara Bynes: The Snow Kingdom

Clara is a normal sixth grader. Well, not completely normal. Would you call having cryophobia (fear if the cold), an insane collection of hats, and a hatred for the holidays normal?
Before she knows it, Clara Bynes is a part of a never ending adventure, After a big snowstorm hits her town, she's finding mysteries after mysteries. First, the strange snow, then a wild looking creature to a man with a strange accent and more. Soon, Clara finds herself facing her biggest fear yet and must save her friends and family. From the help of a creature named "Dove", Clara finds a way to a secret kingdom in a world far away. There, she must go to battle with King Snow and face her worst nightmare. Will Clara be able to fight for her family and friends... or will she turn back?

What I've been up to

Well, I've been mostly posting updates on The Race to the Finish, haven't I?
I haven't really been working on new stories for a while.
I'm currently reading Splendors and Glooms and I just finished reading Fever 1793 (which is a really good book about yellow fever and how a young girl faces it). If you are common with Yellow Star, a great book about the Holocaust, you will probably like Fever 1793.
Anyways, that's just a bit of what I've been doing currently.
If you have any questions or good book suggestions, leave a comment down below and I'll be sure to read them.

News

Sorry I haven't been posting as much lately!
Currently I'm writing a lot for The Race to the Finish. My goal was to finish it by the end of November, though I think it will be completed in December or January.
Because of this, I haven't really posted story ideas in a while and I don't have much to post about, either. So, I'll try to come up with more ideas to post about.
If you have any questions or comments about my story, comment them down below and I'll be sure to answer them.

More Updates

Hello! Sorry I haven't been posting as much lately!
I'm currently working on The Race to the Finish and I'm planning to finish it soon and publish it! :)
So, I haven't really been thinking of new story ideas or other stories to write because I don't like writing too many books at a time. 2 books is my limit, but The Race to the Finish is going to be pretty long.
If you don't know what The Race to the Finish is about, click here to read the summary.

Updates

Recently I've started writing "The Race to the Finish" instead of "Saving Kadee".
I took a break from it since I didn't feel like going on. I will finish "Saving Kadee" in the future, but for now I'm writing "The Race to the Finish". My goal is to finish writing, editing, and revising it by November.

The Race to The Finish

Brittany Outlaw is a fifth grader about to graduate in Schultz Elementary. On the last day of school, she finds out that she's eligible to go to Alley Kingdom, a place where only talented and skilled people are allowed to go. Since Brittany is amazing at art, she can go there. And when she arrives there, her own best friend betrays her and her teacher tells all the girls in Alley Kingdom about "The Race to The Finish", a race where all the girls have to go against each other and try to get rid of as many people as they can. And for every person they get rid of, they get to choose from a group of red cards. The girl has to try to pick out the one with yellow at the bottom, and they have 3 tries. The last two left will have to battle each other for a very powerful amulet, powerful enough to rule Alley Kingdom. Will "The Race to the Finish" ruin Brittany and her best friend's friendship?

What I'm Working On

Lately I've been writing Saving Kadee for the writing program, "NaNoWriMo", so I can have more time to work on my story when the contest actually starts.(I know it probably doesn't make any sense). But, anyways, I probably won't be posting as often now days.
I will try to post passages once Saving Kadee is done and edited. I'll also try to post the full story on Worthy of Publishing if you're interested in reading it.
So, anyways, I just wanted to let you know about that.

Hypnotized

Melissa McKenzie is a normal 11 year old who lives in Royersville on the planet Aromia. Royersville is full of greenery, plants, friendly people who greet you every time they pass you, and a wonderful neighborhood with neighbors that are very helpful, nice, and caring like all the town people who live in Royersville.
Melissa works at her family's business, the bakery. Their business goes very well, until the mayor walks in and talks privately to Melissa's parents. The mayor seemed a bit different to Melissa. Just 2 days ago, he was bright as an apple and today he looked glum, stern, and his outfit was completely different.
When the mayor went, Melissa's parents suddenly had to close the shop. Melissa's parents start acting really weird, they don't care where or what Melissa and her siblings are going, their mood change every couple minutes, and they behave like they have no idea what their doing. Are her parents....hypnotized?

Recently...

Recently, I've been really working on The Fausters and Saving Kadee, so I haven't had a lot of time to post. But, I have put The Fausters on Worthy of Publishing if you're interested in reading it.
The New Girl will go on Worthy of Publishing too.
Anyways, I just wanted to let you know the reason why I haven't been posting a lot these day. But, I will try my best to!

Live Up to the Fullest

Natalie is just a normal teenager until, she meets Spencer Williams. Spencer teases, taunts, and makes fun of her. So, getting annoyed with Spencer, Natalie asks Spencer what his problem his. She finds out that she doesn't know how to have fun, she's always serious and regretful in her life. At first, Natalie thought she was very playful, but when she found out she isn't... she understood the real meaning of life, you only have one chance to live it so have fun. So,  Spencer teaches her how to enjoy life instead of regretting it. They drop water balloons on people's heads from the patio, get caught for trying to get free tickets to a football game, and snapping all of the teacher's pencils!
And most of all, Natalie learns a big lesson, you only have one chance of life, so live it up to the fullest.
